Our side entry door was an old wooden slab door that was detracting from the house and not easy to use as the lock was broken. We spoke with Igor from Comfortec Windows and Doors and he came to our home to measure and give us a quotation. We only called Comfortec because of their excellent reputation on HomeStars and they lived up to their reputation completely. Igor showed us what was available, made excellent suggestions based on our preferences. We chose an insulated metal side door with deadbolt and privacy glass. We also included a replacement storm door for the front as the old one did not fit well any longer. His installers Slava and Aibek, arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently and professionally to install both doors. Once finished, they showed us how the locks worked inside and out and adjusted the storm door to keep out drafts. They cleaned up the entire worksite before they left. Both doors look magnificent and greatly enhance our home as well as improve our safety. With Igor's assistance we made excellent choices and are thrilled with the material quality and the workmanship. You cannot go wrong using Comfortec Windows and Doors to renovate your home. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
