Comfortec did a fabulous job replacing all of the windows in my home and a storm door. I'm often anxious about home improvement projects, so I started by getting estimates from three companies. Comfortec was competitive with their pricing, but I was really impressed from the start by their process and felt confident they are committed to ensuring the work would be good. They clearly value customer reviews and take pride in what they do. Peter came to the house first to do the estimate; as an installer, he also oversaw the job. I spoke with the owner, Igor, several times to negotiate the contract. He was always professional and obviously determined to ensure client satisfaction. Both Peter and Igor took the time to listen to my needs and to explain the quality of the products to me. Because I live on a busy street, I wanted windows that would help reduce noise inside the house. They've certainly made a difference. The windows were ready in record time and the installation process took two days. The team were all respectful of my family and covid protocols, worked non-stop throughout each day, and took care to clean each area carefully. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
