I had Comfortec work on my basement door two years ago and they did an amazing job, so when it came time to have my windows done, I knew just who to call! Igor arranged a consult a few days after I emailed him and the installation date was set quickly. On the day of, I was nervous that the job would be delayed because of wind and rain, but Igor's installers came and got right to work. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess, got my bay window, family room window and a glass block window changed to a regular window all in one day. I was recommending this company to my coworker as they were installing my windows because I was so impressed with them last time. The pricing was also very reasonable. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
