Dealing with Igor was a pleasure and he is very knowledgeable about his products. The garden door is of very good quality. They painted the exterior part of the door with the colour I chose as well as the screen door which is lockable. The installers were very courteous and professional. Removing the old door and installing the new door was done in a timely fashion. They explained all the features of the new door and vacuumed the area thoroughly during and after the installation. They took away the old door for me as well as all debris from the previous door. Installed new casing around the new door. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
