This is the second time I've worked with Igor and both times I've found him to be highly knowledgable, organized and professional. He listens carefully to the customer's needs, answers questions in detail, communicates promptly, and explains every step of the process. The job required two appointments and he and his team arrived when they said they would. The installers were efficient, courteous and neat. The doors and windows look good, open and close smoothly, functions as they should. (I'm anticipating quality performance in winter, and will revise this review if that's not the case.) Overall i'm very satisfied with the Comfortec - its quality, professionalism, pricing - and recommend Igor and his team without hesitation.All Reviews
Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
