I used the HomeStars website to receive quotes from a number of companies to replace four windows in our house. Igor connected with me quickly and I felt very comfortable that Comfortec would be able to complete the job. We choose to have the job completed leaving in the existing moulding rather than tearing it out and have to redo it based on advice from Igor. One week later another staff member arrived to remeasure and ensure the fit of the new windows. Within a month, it was "Window day" and the team arrived on schedule and worked hard to complete the job with as little mess as possible. Overall, it was a great experience. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
