We started this gut job in the end of February. That is when Igor came by to give a quote. He was able to provide a date in with two months which was faster than other companies. We had 9 windows replaced in 1 day. Glen was one of my installers and he was professional and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
