Igor provided a great service. He was very knowledgeable and provided great input when getting a quote. Installation was fantastic. Paul and his partner were great and very professional. They kept the areas clean and made sure to clean up after themselves. They laid down cardboard and mats inside the house to make sure the floors stayed clean. They even fixed/replaced some extra siding on the exterior. Igor called and followed up as well, to make sure everything went ok and to make sure we were satisfied with how everything went. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
