Igor’s presentation was impressive. He kept us informed about the ongoing status of the job. Peter and his crew were punctual and courteous and did a skillful job installing two patio doors and two windows. Peter came back the following week to install the missing kick locks. One of the screen doors wasn’t closing properly so Igor sent Peter again and he worked until the door closed smoothly. I was pleased with Igor’s professionalism. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
