I highly recommend Comfortec windows - first start with Igor initial visit to provide a quote for our large project, he was on time and ready to answer all our questions, he even brought samples and went over all the details , he made me very comfortable specially after I had 2 other quotes from 2 different companies. My project was large project and had non standard size windows and for me to get someone who know what he was talking about was a blessing. His presentation and price helped me to take a decision to place an order with him. The installation date was set and his team showed up on time . Everything was done as promised with no issues - His team was very professional with all the installations; they took the old windows away and they left the place as clean as it was before they started the project. i went through the windows and had no issues. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
