I reached out to Comfortec for pricing to replace six windows. Igor provided a ballpark estimate via email and attended my home for measurements, etc. The installers came approximately four weeks later and completed the job. The installers worked quickly, overcame some small obstacles and assisted me with a couple of other minor issues unrelated to the work they were hired for. They left everything clean and assured me that If I had any questions or noticed anything wrong, I could just give them a call. I'm hoping I never have to make that call, but speaking to the work done so far, they seem to have done a good job. They were professional, friendly and pleasant.All Reviews
Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
