My initial request for an estimate, made on line, was very promptly answered by a telephone call from Igor. He was very knowledgeable about the product and followed up with a brief visit to show me the workings and explain the options of the Vista Capri door. The installers showed up as scheduled, on time. They were very pleasant and professional and completed the removal of the old door and the new install within 3 hours. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
