From the time of estimate on site in our home to the moment the crew arrived for removal of our old windows and preparation of the new windows to go in, nothing but fast and professional service! The crews (we had 2 separate teams - 1 for removal of windows/sills and prep the areas for install, then an installation crew who did the final sealing and flashing outside) were fast, efficient, worked independently and respectfully in our home while here. They removed all garbage/window waste and sealed everything up and it looks amazing. We are thoroughly impressed by their quality and speed of work - done right the first time! Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
