It was 50 years building with original outdated aluminum frame and dim glass windows. Comfortec Windows was recommended by my neighbors who already had experience in windows replacement in our building. We set appointment, I was given variety of options in structures and prices. After short family discussion we made our choice. It took about month to order and fabricate custom size windows but quality is really high. Takin off old and installing new was done in ONE day which was impressive. No mess was left after work. Windows let more light come inside, easy to operate and clean. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
