We got window cut and installed in our stairway to get some extra lighting. Igor brought samples and gave an entire presentation of the product we will be receiving. My parents are seniors and they usually have many questions afterwards. Igor answered all questions patiently and even dropped by the house one day to ensure he understood what was required and in order to deliver the right product. The installers did a really good job and even touched up the paint that came off. They worked very hard and answered all questions we had during installation. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
